FM-200 (HFC-227EA) CLEAN AGENT FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:
FM-200 clean agent waterless extinguishant is the product of DupontTM. FM-200 is a clean, colorless and environmentally friendly fire extinguishing agent that is electrically non-con- ductive and safe for human at design concentration. It extinguishes flames primarily through heat absorbtion, leaving no residue, thus minimizing downtime after a fire and making FM-200 extinguishing systems accepted worldwide with over one hundred thousand installations in more than seventy countries. FM-200 is addressed in NFPA 2001,
Standard on Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems as HFC-227ea.

NOVEC 1230 (FK-5-1-12) CLEAN AGENT FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:
3MTM NovecTM 1230 fire extinguishing systems combines outstanding extinguishing performance with an excellent environmental profile.
It has zero ozone depletion potential, global warming potential of one, a five day atmospheric lifetime and a large margin of safety for occupied spaces. The Novec 1230 fire protection fluid extinguishes fire primarily by removing heat from the fire. It is also electrically non-conductive.

FE-13™ (HFC-23) CLEAN AGENT FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:

FE-13TM clean agent fire extinguishing agent is the product of DupontTM. Electrically non-conductive and extinguishes fire primarily by absorbing heat. It leaves no residue to clean up after the discharge. Because of its high vapor pressure at ambient temperature (41 bar @ 20oC), FE-13TM does not require to be pressurized with nitrogen.

INERT GASES CLEAN AGENT FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:

Natural gas present in the atmosphere suitable for occupied areas at design concentration. Electrically non-conductive, no residue to clean up after discharge and environmental friendly. As a general rule, extinguishing concentration is achieved when oxygen concentration in the protected space is reduced from its usual level of 20.5% to value lower than 15% depending on the combustible products.
Suitable for the protection of computer rooms, archives and electrical equipment.

HIGH PRESSURE CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2) FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:
Carbon dioxide is a colorless, ordorless and chemically inert gas that is both readily available and electrically non-conductive. It extinguishes fire primarily by lowering the level of oxygen that supports combustion in a protected area. The mechanism of fire suppression makes CO2 extinguishing systems highly effective, require minimal clean up, but shall be used only in normally unoccupied areas. CO2 fire extinguishing systems can be designed both with total flooding or local application approaches.

LOW PRESSURE CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2) FIRE EXTINGUISHING / INERTING SYSTEMS

Description:
Where large amount of CO2 is needed for either fire extinguishing or inerting requirement, the low pressure carbon dioxide systems with capacity ranging from 1.25 to 50 tons is the choice. Each storage unit comes with the refrigeration system to maintain the CO2 in itsliquid state. The low pressure carbon dioxide systems are normally installed in powergeneration plant, coal silos inerting, metal processing facilities, printing industry, paint mixing, machining facilities, shipboard cargo hold inerting etc.

WET CHEMICAL KITCHEN I GALLEY HOOD FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:
The wet chemical fire extinguishing system is specifically designed and listed for the suppression of fires in commercial kitchen cooking appliances, plenums, hoods and ducts. The system can be operated automatically and manually.

WATER MIST FIRE EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS

Description:
The water mist system optimists the quantity of water used through the distribution of very small droplets to achieve maximum cooling effect. This system operates at working pressure of 80 to 200 bar discharging droplets at high speed. The small droplets create a large effective cooling surface area. Mainly the principle of extinguishing and fire control is based on cooling of the fuel, displacement of oxygen at the seat of the fire and attenuation of heat transfer radiation. Available in cylinder or pump systems for both total flooding.

FIRE FIGHTING FOAM SYSTEMS

Description:
Fire fighting foam is to cool the fire and to coat the fuel, preventing its contact with oxgen, resulting in suppression of the combustion. Low expansion foams have an expansion rate less than 20 times. Low expansion foams such as AFFF are low-viscosity, mobile and able to quickly cover large area. Foams with expansion ratio between 20-200 are medium expansion and high expansion foams have an expansion rate over 200. Alcohol resistant foams contain a polymer that forms a protective layer between the burning surface and the foam, preventing foam breakdown by alcohols in the burning fuel.
Class A foams lower the surface tension of the water which assists in the wetting and saturation of Class A fuels with water, aiding fire suppression and prevent reignition. Class B foams are designed for flammable liquids.

FIRE DETECTION & EXTINGUISHING TUBE SYSTEMS

Description:
System utilizes an unique flexible tubing that is attached to the cylinder valve assembly. The tube is attached is installed within the protected equipment. Upon flame impingement, the tube will melts releasing the extinguishing agent with the direct system. As for the in-direct system, the tube acts as fire detection device, when it melts and loss pressure, the cylinder valve will open and release the extinguishing agent into the protected space via a separate set of pipe network and nozzle. System commonly uses carbon dioxide as extinguishing agent, however, clean agent halocarbon may be used.
